One-Day Workshops
One Day Workshop projects involve art lessons for the an hour or two. We are flexible on scheduling. Give us a call about any project that interests you.

It's a great way to try a new process (such as a mosaic), develop skills (like drawing  or painting), or create a hand made gift (how about a one of kind piece you build out of clay?). If you're looking for hands-on, creative time One Day Workshops are a great option.

Any One-Day Workshop can be applied to a group event.

Work one on one with your little one while an instructor guides you along a variety of projects.   $45 Mosaic Call to schedule. Mosaic your favorite picture frame, vase or let us give you something to do. Very unique and beautiful way to use ceramics and glass! $35 Paint all day Call to schedule or just drop by! We supply the board, paint and brushes and you supply the inspiration. This is a great project for anyone who loves to paint but doesn't want the mess. We can help to instruct you or simply supervise you as you work independently. $50 Private Lesson Call to schedule. Really want some personalized attention? Let us work with you one on one with any medium that interests you. $35 Built it out of Clay Call to schedule This is a two day workshop. We supply a baseball size bag of clay. Day 1: Build something and we'll fire it for you. See something in the studio that is not offered in a class? Just ask and we will price it and create it as you wish.

Paint Your Own Pottery
Plenty of pieces to chose from; unique kids pieces, functional to figurative, and even a collection of 1940's vintage ceramics, ready for you to glaze.

Glaze is the name for the paint used on kiln-fired ceramic pieces. You come in to paint (using glaze), we'll fire it, your piece should be ready in about a week, we'll give you a call when it's done.

We are here to help you! Would you like some assistance with drawing, painting or brainstorming your piece? As artists, we have no problem in helping you to carry out your design.

Glazed and fired ceramic pieces are food safe, dishwasher safe, and microwavable. If you'd like to take your piece home on that same day, you can use acrylic paints or ceramic stains. Just remember, this method is NOT food safe. So, choose something you won't be eating or drinking from.

Come in anytime during business hours. Get a group of friends together for a creative evening! For groups of 10 or more, we'll keep the studio open! Check out the parties and group events.

Other Quickie Projects
Looking for a quick little project? Need something else to do while mom or dad finish their pottery piece? Or maybe you want to make something for a group of friends?

• Make a button! Color your own design, use an existing design, or even insert a picture. A great little keepsake for a family reunion or for a club/group organization.
• Make a card! We have plenty of materials and will even help you out on ideas for a most unique handmade card. Goes along perfectly with the gift you've just made here at the studio.
• Quickie projects! If you've only got a short amount of time, but would like to exercise some creativity, a quickie project is just what you need. It's a way to give a small gift, a reward, or just to have a very productive half hour.
